Monty Ignatius Sekhukhuni part of the City of Johannesburg as a Director and handles these roles and responsibilities to lead, direct and manage the Private Office of the Speaker and Office of Chairperson of Chairpersons; Providing political and administrative advice and support to Presiding Officers; Developing appropriate systems and processes for political and administrative interface. Mr Sekhukhuni holds the following Qualifications- Diploma in Public Administration; Advance Diploma in Programme and Project; Post Graduate Diploma: Programme and Project; Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership, Management and Transformation; Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and Post Graduate Certificate in Development Communication. Mr Sekhukhuni's view about GSF is that the Gauteng Speakers Forum is an Integrated and differentiated oversight and public participation model.
Mmateboho Lynette Montsitsi part of the City of Tshwane Metro as a Director: Private Office of the Speaker and handles these roles and responsibilities of Strategic Planning, Maintaining good customer and client relations, Programme management, Compiling reports and statements, Management of political and administrative support to the speaker of council, To manage auxiliary support to the speaker of council, Keep abreast of practices in the political and administrative developments having impact on the Office, Assess and make a determination of training needs of officials in the Private Office, Evaluate the jobs of officials in the Private Office and advise HR accordingly, Management of personnel in the private office of the speaker, Program management and facilitation in the office of the speaker, Advise the Speaker on relevant developments. Ms Montsitsi holds the following Qualifications - UNISA Advanced Project Management (Unfinished Studies); Allenby In-Home Study 1998- Advanced Diploma In Public Relations; University Of The North 1994- BA Honours (Psychology); University Of The North (Qwaqwa Branch) 1991- BA; Technikon Northern Transvaal / Gauteng (TNG) 1986- National Diploma In Public Administration. Ms Montsitsi's view about GSF is that The Gauteng Speakers Forum is a vehicle that ensures that services of all Municipalities in Gauteng are kept in check. Periodic reports, meetings and planning sessions ensure that every Municipality in Gauteng is always updated about their roles and responsibilities and expectations.
Sithembewena Tsembeyi part of the Randfontein Local Municipality as a Public Participation Officer and handles these roles and responsibilities of; Developing and keep record of all community groupings and interest groups; Develop the Municipality's Outreach Programme and ensure adherence thereof and ensure that all stakeholders are conversant of the same; Ensure that all Wards are functioning properly, adequately resourced and Ward Committee agendas embraces community needs and feedback; Encourage the community to participate in the affairs of the Municipality. Mr Tsembeyi holds the following Qualifications- National Certificate in Municipal Governance; NQF5 (UJ 2011), Advanced National Certificate IN Municipal Governance; NQF6 (UJ 2012), Advanced Diploma Labour Law; NQF7 (UNW 2013), Certificate in the Development and Management of Local Government Programme; NQF8 (Wits 2014). Mr Tsembeyi's about GSF is that The Gauteng Speakers Forum remains one of the critical platform that ensures that accountability and democracy are at the centre of governance in South Africa at all levels of government, this platforms envisages the notion of building and accountable government that operates from the same norms and standards regardless of your area or reside, it builds on a good story to tell in Gauteng and draws lessons of all in South Africa.
